Decision Dinner

The impact of headless AI on your revenue operations

AI can carry out a growing range of tasks within the systems that support your marketing, sales and service teams. Which tasks should you delegate to it? Where is human judgement still needed? And which investments offer enough value to move forward now?

This Decision Dinner explores the shift towards headless AI: AI that works with your data and systems through integrations, without relying on these applications’ usual interfaces. We will focus on what this means for your commercial organisation: how work is allocated, what information is needed and who remains accountable for the outcome.

We will bring together a small group of senior leaders to exchange experiences and perspectives. With 2027 approaching, we will discuss what AI is delivering in practice, where expectations remain unmet and which decisions deserve attention.

You will leave with a clearer view of where AI could contribute to your commercial operations, what needs to be in place and which investments can wait.

What will we discuss?

We will open with a short introduction. Using practical examples, we will explore the opportunities and the challenges organisations encounter. The conversation will continue over dinner.

  • Which commercial tasks should you delegate to AI, and where is human judgement still needed?

  • What results are we seeing in marketing, sales and service, and which expectations remain unmet?

  • What does this require of your data, processes and team responsibilities?

  • Which investments deserve priority in 2027, and which can wait?
