Webinar

Self-service portals

What if your customers could handle more themselves, without separate tools, manual handovers or another system sitting next to your CRM?

In this webinar, we show how HubSpot can be used to build secure self-service portals where customers and other users can view information, update data and take action themselves. All directly connected to the data and processes already living in HubSpot.

What to expect

A practical look at what a customer portal on top of HubSpot can actually do.

We start with why self-service matters and where it can take pressure off your teams. Then we move into HubSpot itself and show how Memberships and access groups provide the foundation for personalised, secure portal experiences.

Most of the session is hands-on. You'll see a working portal where users can access personalised content, create records, place orders, manage support requests and even manage members of their own organisation.

The goal isn't to show a theoretical portal concept. It's to demonstrate how far you can take self-service while keeping HubSpot at the centre of the experience.

Programme

Agenda

  1. Why self-service?

Where traditional customer channels create unnecessary friction and why self-service is becoming a more important part of the customer experience. We look at the balance between better service for customers and reducing repetitive manual work for internal teams.

  2. Building secure access with HubSpot

How HubSpot Memberships and access groups can determine who gets access to which part of a portal. We show how CRM data can drive personalised access and experiences without creating a completely separate customer platform.

  3. Live self-service portal demo

A practical walkthrough of a working portal built on HubSpot.

  4. Where do you start?

What it takes to turn a self-service idea into something usable. We discuss how to start with a focused use case, use the data and processes you already have in HubSpot, and expand from there without immediately turning the project into a large IT programme.

  5. Q&A

Questions from the live audience about the practical and technical side of building portals with HubSpot.
