Your role as a Consultant
As a HubSpot Consultant, you provide expert strategic advice and challenge our clients’ thinking on RevOps, AI and CRM using HubSpot. You help clients make real progress: from insightful process analysis to a working solution that delivers immediate impact. You draw on your expertise and adaptability to turn complex challenges into clear, pragmatic solutions that support the client’s objectives. Together with the client team, you deliver successful implementations.

- Working with your client team to uncover and challenge client requirements, then translating them into an implementation and integration plan
- Thinking beyond HubSpot: advising on how it best fits into the client’s wider technology landscape and jointly defining a long-term strategy and roadmap, with AI strategy as a key component
Your tasks and responsibilities
Client communication, workshops and a growth mindset
You analyse complex challenges relating to commercial processes, identify potential solutions and present them to the client. You design solutions that make the most of HubSpot within the client’s wider IT landscape. With adaptability and a growth mindset, you take a pragmatic approach to meeting client needs. You maintain the integrity of the solution from design through to delivery. You coordinate with HubSpot specialists, developers and project management, check that the configuration reflects the design, and help clients make decisions when requirements, budgets and technical possibilities conflict.
You ensure that administrators and users understand the solution and can work with it, for example through documentation, training and a clear handover.
Continuous process improvement
You take a constructively critical view of our processes and approach, working with your team lead to turn improvement opportunities into action. Together with your colleagues, you help clients develop roadmaps and put them into practice.
Overall accountability
You take overall responsibility for the client and for delegating tasks to team members. You work with Project Management and Sales to successfully deliver projects involving third parties.
